So Mitt Romney won the Utah primary with nearing 90% of the GOP vote...LOL, seriously Utah, you're not helping your case at ALL...anyone still want to tell me that people aren't voting for him because he's Mormon???? Luckily Romney is just about down for the count...better pick a new candidate....Might I suggest:
SENATOR BARACK OBAMA???? Who kicked ass and took names last night, (even in Utah) and is now in a dead heat with Hillary....
In other news, in a wonderful twist of irony, My parents, the Baptists living just minutes from downtown urban Atlanta both cast a vote for a Mormon (whom p.s. finished 3RD in the Georgia primary) whilst My husband and I, two Mormon's living in Utah, both cast votes for an African-American democrat. I smell sitcom!
Also, as a side note, what's with the creepy new "I voted" stickers that have a fingerprint on them instead of a flag...it's all a little too Big Brother for my taste.

Boo--I didn't get a sticker at all for voting early. Somehow I feel I am being punished for being too eager to do my civic duty. :(
If it makes you feel any better, at least you DID your civic duty...the latest polls show that women in my age group in Utah hardly voted at all, and I mean like barely over 12%...too busy giving birth I guess.
LOL! You are too funny lady! My mother in-law voted for the Mormon too and she's not, and get this- she made it sound like the reason was because MY mom sent her a little "survey" to see which candidate best fit your beliefs and standards- and Mitt Romney was her second, she didn't know who the heck the first was. What the? And yeah- I said the same thing to Ryan about not being surprised that he won for UT and dont' try and tell me it's not because he's Mormon! HA, HA!
It doesn't matter...he just dropped out of the race...
